The production number is 1,126 of these trucks made. The truck I have is matching Serial & Frame numbers. The only matching numbers you will find are the last 12 characters of the VIN will be found on the driver side frame rail, in two locations. I was wrong on production should be #1,123 short box stepside numbers for 66 at www.oldride.com/library/1966_chevrolet_c20.html . Will post pictures. Truck is 4"lifted Looks Great. I am priming the truck this weekend. Also have 63 Panel& 64 shortbox stepside.
