Yes, it is a factory-correct underbed spare tire carrier for a '60-'66 Chevy 1/2 ton or 3/4 ton truck.

P.S. - As stated below, it is bent, out of shape, so a wheel/tire will not rest on it properly, unless the channel portion of the carrier is flattened.

Thanks. I didn't think it was because the spare I have seems to not fit. I'll take a close look at my FSM.

It looks badly bent, maybe that why it does not fit correct.
