checked for vacume leaks at carb intake vacumeadvance wipper hole pluged.carb was resently rebuilt and ran ok till now.whith carb choked at low idal 19 inch pounds runs rough. thanks

Sounds like you have a restriction in the fuel line. Fuel may be getting there but may be low on pressure. Hook up a fuel gauge and see how much fuel pressure is getting to the carb.

There is a good chance you have trash in the main metering jet. A quick fix that works quite often is to take the top off of the carb and sucking the trash out with an eye dropper. Just because the carb was rebuilt recently doesn't mean that you haven't gotten fresh trash out of your tank or fuel line.
