It will have the Howard cam, fenton duals all around, etc.. Currently running with the Harrison 2 core radiator,(holding together with gum). In my search, I found most 4 core guys were running v8's. Others were using 3 core. My question is, with this set up, would a new three core cool just fine?, or would a 4 core be better? I worry about the water pump clearence, even with short shaft, or 216 postion water pump. Tech help at Jim Carters, told me that the 3 core measured 1 3/8" out past the bracket, and th 4 core measured 1 3/4" out past the bracket. O.K., one more question, this 235 is a 60 model, was in my 50 - 3600. Without thinking, I took the flywheel(and balancer) to the shop to get the crank balanced. Afterwards, I realized that this flywheel had the 9 bolt pressure plate, and 10 1/2" clutch(should have remembered, as I had put in a new clutch, thrwt. brng. etc.)in the 3600. Anyway, since this motor is going into my 3100, with the original 3 spd., will the splines on the 3 spd. match the 10 1/2" clutch disc? I'm thinking they will? Now I have to remember which starter is the one I pulled from that motor, I measured the teeth on the balanced flywheel, and looks like 4 teeth per inch, measured the teeth from my 46(216) flytwheel, and looks like 4 teeth per inch. Have a 6 blade fan on my adaptor plate early water pump (1960 engine)with no overheating problems. Did add a pusher fan for extended periods of idling but haven't needed it.
As for the flywheel....count the teeth...a 168 count is the 12 volt flywheel and requires a 12 volt (red tag) starter. A 139 count will indicate a 6 volt flywheel which will require a 6 volt(black tag) starter which can be run at either 6v or 12 v. The 12 v starter will NOT work on the 6 v. flywheel and vice-versa. Easy way to identify voltage of starters....the 12 volt starter has a bendix drive gear that is about 1" in diameter and the exposed shaft is 1/2". The 6 volt starter drive is appreciably larger...about 1-1/4" gear diameter and the exposed armature shaft is closer to 5/8".
As for your splines...they should match...both my 139 tooth and 168 tooth flywheels are 9 bolt P/Plates...11-1/2" across flats to holes. One was using a 10-1/2" clutch, the other a 9-1/2 with the same pressure plate. I replaced the 10-1/2 with a 9-1/2 as the 10-1/2 extended beyond the pressure plate contact surface. Hope this helps.

I have pretty much the same setup as you describe and am running a rebuilt standard 2 core stock radiator with no cooling problems. So you may want to think about rebuilding your stock unit. Just remember to use a 7 lb cap so you don'y overwork it. It is still pretty darn close so that is another reason to stay with a stock unit.
