Here is a link to some photos of my CPP power steering installation.
It's in a 51 half ton panel, but set up is identical.
The only change I made after these photos was to move the column
down and outboard slightly to accommodate the column shift
for the 455 Buick mated to a T400. If you are using a floor shifter, then
don't worry about it.
Just make sure you "measure twice and weld once" when installing the
mounting plate for the steering gear and make sure you use the spacers in the kit
to locate it properly outboard of the frame. You'll also have to cut off the end of the original steering arm off the spindle.
Highly recommend using their BIG tie rod, and ends, & their stabilizer bar.
The power steering really puts a strain on the old stuff, so go big and beefy.
I have about 150 miles on this set up now it it steers and stops great.
