I have the material to "hold" it in place, but cannot get the glass in place. Any thoughts or suggestions on installation? Not sure if there are any special tools I need or tricks to get this in. I want to avoid going to the local auto glass replacement place. Im trying to replace the vent with the vent housing still on the door. I really dont want to remove it Any thoughts? Thanks John

Clean out the channel real good. Use a thin glass material. Wrap the material around the edge of the glass & put it in position. Put a block of wood against it & tap it in. It shouldn't take much. Some times you can put pressure on the glass with your hand & tap the frame. You might put some silicone spray on it to help it slide easier. After it is in take a razer & cut off the excess.
