I got new cross sills for my 64 K10 from Mar-K. My bed is completely removed from the frame. All I have is the bed sides...no floor etc in place.

My question is do I attached the cross sills to the frame first and then pick up the bed and place it onto the sills/frame or do I attached the sills to the bed and then put the bed with the sills onto the frame?

Not sure if there is a proper way to do this. thanks john
