Will a 52, 3 speed ,3100 bellhousing fit a 61, 235? Also can I put my 52, front motor mount on a 61? Thx

- Yes

- Most likely you will have to drill holes for the motor mount in the front plate because the 61 motor would have had front mounts on the front sides of the block.
