I have a 1949 3100 (3 windows). My question is, Should this truck have a foot button on the floor to start it, or just the standard ignition?

Thanks

It has the foot button on the floor and the standard ignition switch.

ignition on, brake on, outta gear, mash starter.

if everything works it should turn over at least.

all the foot pedal does is mash the button on the starter itself.
