Trying to bring her to life. Old distributor is shot, so I am thinking a new MINI HEI is in order. Does anyone have a pictue of their MINI HEI installation that they would like to share? I can say the mini hei from Langdons has been a giant improvement in performance and trouble free use. Also, these were modified 1982-84 Chevy S-10 units but highly modified to fit the old inlines. Just a couple years ago I built my own and it worked fine but for all the time spent chasing stuff I'd been better off getting another from Langdon's. Best of luck Jim P.S. Can't believe anyone in San Diego could have a worry in the world. Loved that area while in the USN decades ago, Pacific Beach for starters. Worried mostly for the grandkids, current politics and all. Wonder if they will charge the grandson tax when I give him the 59. Still beats the cold of WI that I came from 50 yrs ago. Could not find a HEI pic, but love the truck. First truck in CA was a 41 (yr of my birth) that I painted pearl white. HR=Hot Rod 41..da PEARL=Color. Sure do miss that old HOT ROD.
