Pulled the heater motor. There are 3 wires coming from the motor. One wire is ground and the other two are for hot leads to the two speed motor. The under dash mount switch has two terminals on the back. The switch rotates and there 3 positions. I assume off, low speed and high speed. The switch came in a box with the truck. I hooked up the switch and it does not work. I want to buy a switch that will function with the two speed motor. Looking at the various after market truck vendor web sites leaves me confused. Are they for two speed motors? Any ideas?
thanks, Larry

I'd expect most suppliers can supply you with a standard under dash mount 2 speed switch. The switch is different depending if you are running 6 or 12 volts.

Use a rheostat switch and connect the high speed fan wire to it. That way you'll have an infinite number of speeds instead of just two.
