I have one question again. After I have made a test drive with my truck, I noted that the clutch wanted not work in the higher gears. So I think I have to chance the old one and set in a new kit.
My question is, can I chance the clutch without replace the engine?
And one more: Witch clutch kit will fit for my truck? I have a 235 engine, and the truck is build 1953.

As for what clutch to get it depends on whats in there,you'll have to remove the old one and then get the same one ,My 52-3100 had a 9 inch and My Buddys 50 had a 10 1/2 inch so you'll have to see whats there first.Get the shop manual and it will have a complete explanation on how to get the old clutch out and how.
