preping cab for sand blasting, removed all the bolts. Bottom hinges pull right out from cab. Upper hinges catch on the lip around the opening. Is there a certain way to twist the hinge? does it need to be open or closed? whats the trick?

found that you need to open the hinge to clear the spring. pull out till it hits the lip on the outside edge. then close hinge and tap lightly with the palm of your hand it it will slowly come out
