can somebody tell me how to remove this upper door molding on a truck?dont want to bend it up ? also are all of them identical 55 -59 ? thanks mike

if you mean the outside window trim, see here, mostly just press in clips, but appears to be a couple bolts at the ends .... yes, the 55-59 window trim was the same
