Hi can the 19.5 rv wheels be used --with possibly opening up the center hub holes? do they share the same 5 bolt pattern?

You might be able to use them.... if they fit over your drums. Only way to know for sure is try.
Bolt circle will be the same 10 lug on 7.25". Center hole on the19.5" wheels will be 5.25" so you'll need some bushings to adapt your 4.75" hubs.
