hey all

so been working on the truck and learning lots over the past few months

i started working on the front end and ran into a little issue where the bonnet no longer lines up with the front of the truck.

i have checked over all my dimensions of the cab location and the front end bolt points and its all lining up so i cant work out where i went wrong.

any ideas would be appreciated.

though about cutting the front of the bonnet off and hard mounting it to the front then adding in some steel to fill in the gap. but again not sure.

thanks a bunch

Do you have the " wishbone" looking support hooked up? It goes from cab to top of radiator support. You adjust the nose position using this, it just might let you pull it back far enough to line up. If the engine is mounted, you could double check the location of the radiator. When correct, the fan will be very close to the core.
