Very precise cab measurements are in the Factory Assembly Manual if you have access. I will look tonight and see what it shows.

I looked in the manuals project archive and did not see it there. Someone else may know or I may have missed it. There is a large portion of the manual focused on cab assembly/issues.

From the 51 Salesman data book page 193.

Door opening at Beltline-31-1/2"
at latch/handle area 35-1/4"
at floor 32-5/8"

Could not find and exact for the pillars so I measured mine at the top of windshield to Centerline of pillar is 53"
at the bottom it is 56"

You'll be a lot safer if you fit the door opening to the door instead of some number. You don't have to off by much to make fitting your door a nightmare.
