The fuel gauge is not working, looks like the wires are connected. I have to take the seat out to get at the tank. Are the bolts coming through the floor to remove? also there is a lever on the driver side seems like it should slide, is that what its for? thanks

The lever is to adjust the seat forward and aft. | | |
