I don't know of anyone making re-pop drip rails but that don't mean they don't. The ones on my 37 were so bad I shaved them off and don't run any.
If your customizing you may want to consider one of the 70's trucks that had the drip rail and it came down the back edge of the cab. I can't remember the year but there is one almost the exact shape of my 37, maybe your 42, that I'm thinking about getting and cutting off part of it. The "chrome" trim may look pretty good???
