Many years ago I ran 15x6 and 15x8 factory disc brake wheels on my truck. The 15x8 rims are getting harder to find, but if you know what you’re looking for it might make it a bit easier. If you could settle for 15x8’s all the way around you might be able to find some stock wheels for less money than having any custom made. Here are a few photos of the truck back when it had 6 lug rims. 15x8 on the rear, 15x6 on the front. And fyi, any 1954 and up Chevy, Ford or Buick, etc hubcaps will fit. The original rims had 3 retaining bumps on the wheel center. Disc brake wheels have 4 hub cap bumps, but the caps interchange just fine.

The best information I’ve come up with indicates these wheels were available on the following trucks, and they have the large center hole that fits over the stock hub. Not sure how accurate this is, I bought mine from a local wheel supplier back when these were very common:

BLAZER/JIMMY (full size) 73-82 4x4
BLAZER/JIMMY (full size) 83-87
BLAZER/JIMMY (full size) 88-91
CHEVROLET 10 PICKUP 73-87 4x4
GMC 1500 PICKUP 73-87 4x4
SUBURBAN 10 73-87 4x4
SUBURBAN 10 88 4x4
SUBURBAN 1500 73-87 4x4
SUBURBAN 1500 88-91 4x4

If you want custom made rims, I believe Rally America can add new rims on the old centers. From what I’ve read they have a very good reputation as a supplier:
