No surprise on your beauty arriving with no brakes, few of us have managed to acquire a new old truck with working brakes at time of purchase.I think you would be best to go to the links page and check keith hardys online manual project page. If he has manuals for task force listed it will be of great help. Not sure about task force but earlier trucks the master cylinder is mounted underneath the drivers side floor board. Fill hole in drivers floor. Many brake parts are still available thru napa. 60-66 and later master cylinder is on firewall in engine compartment. Given the brake line has allowed air and moisture in system you are likely looking at rebuilding entire brake system, exposure to air and moisture allows corrosion to form in wheel and master cylinders, copper is frowned upon for use as brake lines.
