For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Mar 2011 Posts: 940 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Mar 2011 Posts: 940 | Any one have experience with these in a 216? I was getting some Marvel, degreaser, a gasket and a valve spring compressor and I decided to ask if hey had em. They did and they're $3 something each. So I ordered in a set of 12. If they're crap, I can return them. I think they're the same ones NAPA sells. | | | | | Joined: Apr 2010 Posts: 474 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Apr 2010 Posts: 474 | Autozone sells Melling and NAPA sells Sealed power.Melling is a good brand as is Sealed power in my opinion.I use more NAPA parts than Aotozone only because the service is better for me here. | | | | | Joined: Dec 2003 Posts: 2,733 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Dec 2003 Posts: 2,733 | A-Z does a good job as does O'Reilly's and both are making it very tough on NAPA IMO. | | | | | Joined: Mar 2011 Posts: 940 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Mar 2011 Posts: 940 | Thanks guys! AZ is much closer for me and I found NAPA to be about the same price wise for most stuff. Not that I rule them out, I generally call around before leaving the house. Got em all on speed dial. | | |
