Now I started it! Pulled the engine for a rear main seal job and decided to have my heads machined. I am looking at harded exhaust rings and three angle job. Also thinking about new lifters, rockers basically all upper end. I need advice for my lower end, as I really do not want to touch it. What do you think? | | | | Joined: Mar 2010 Posts: 76 Shop Shark | Shop Shark Joined: Mar 2010 Posts: 76 | How was your oil pressure and compression?....curt | | | | Joined: Mar 2010 Posts: 61 Shop Shark | Shop Shark Joined: Mar 2010 Posts: 61 | I removed the engine because a rear main seal leak so I never did take compression. I never did think about that because the engine was felt good. It always atarted right up and always pulled hard. I am still tearing her down so I will check for ridges along the cylinder walls. | | |
