Joined: May 2005 Posts: 8,877 | Well, the link is gone... but search ebay for "1952 3800" From what I can see it's most likely a 1.5 ton model 4100 with the heavy front axle option.
The front bumper is for a 1.5 or 2 ton, and without making brackets it won't fit a 1 ton frame. Front fenders and running boards look like big truck stuff, not small truck. Frame appears to be not as big as for a 2 ton, so my guess is 1.5 ton. And if it were a 2 ton very likely it would have a 2 speed rear and they don't mention that.
Not a 3800 1 ton from what I can see...
