| | | | | Joined: Feb 2001 Posts: 1,897 Member | | Member Joined: Feb 2001 Posts: 1,897 | The earlier type of tube just went up from the head to the ring between the rocker shafts and wrapped around. Then it just pointed down toward the head. The one you have will be fine as being pinched off, it allows a little more oil into the rocker-shaft.
There is enough good in the worst of us and enough bad in the best of us that it does not behoove any of us to criticize the rest of us.
