You have to reach down and pull the gas pedal up a little and it will idle down. What do i need to look at.thanks | | |

Is it your carb. or is it your linkage. Disconnect your linkage from the carb at the carb. Cycle the carb. with you hand and check for binding. If that checks OK then your linkage must be the problem. Hold the carb. end of the linkage with a silght amount of pressure the have a buddy operate the gas pedal. any binding or snagging? Check your return springs aslo. Broken or weak? It should be easy to isolate and fix. Godd luck.
