Someone else will most likely post information. Here are location of other codes that should help to ID your engine. Post the codes and people will try to help. The oil pan is from a low-pressure 235. I have seen heard, and have seen some photographs, that the oil pans for those early 235s had a "235" stamped in the sheet steel on the side of the pan. Those engines had the same bore and stroke of the later 235s, but used the low-pressure lubrication and high push rod cover as the 216s.
