Install them on the cab, back them off such that the head of the screw has a gap between it and the cab, slide the trim into place under the head. Nobody will ever know the difference... except you. USA	Joe, if you have the original, you could trying cutting out a copy from sheet metal, it not has hard as you think, a dremel tool would be needed, I've been tempted to do a few to see if I can get it set up.
