Is it an easy swap for a TF truck? Any problems with hooking up a speedometer? It's a 2 hr drive for me to see it so I'd like to know if it's worth a trip. Any insight will be appreciated.

Searching the forums on this gave me some info that has convinced me to let this one pass. I've got an MY6 and a couple of 3 sp OD's in my collection that I think will be easier to work with. If anyone feels I'm making a mistake I'd be interested in hearing your opinions. Thanks.

They are not made for a higher torque installation but the 250 would be a great combination with the NV3500. I'm using a Getrag 5 speed from a 1992 GMC with a 350 engine behind my built up 292 with around 350 ft. lbs. and 350 H.P. in a 1932 Chevrolet pickup. The NV3500 has a built in bell housing & uses a hydraulic clutch release. It wont fit the old 235 engines.
