235 to 350 swap?

I have a 1956 chevy 1 dually truck that has a stock 235 6 and 4 speed on the floor. The motor is very worn and i am thinking about swapping a 350 v8 into it. i know i will have to change the motor mounts but I was wandering if the bellhousing will need to be changed to or will the original one bolt up to a 350?
