The key is unsticking the valves. I've never dealt with hydraulic in a 235 but if they're like any others I've messed with you only need to replace the bad ones.

Most parts places want to sell complete sets. There are usually several sets on Ebay at any particular time.

And Tiny is correct you can just straighten the pushrods provided they aren't really bent over so much to change their length.
Or you can change those only one at a time if necessary, but don't bother if you don't get the valves loosened up, it will just do it again. | | |
