Plan on calling them today. Found a S-10 trans for $100 but electric speedo. $150 for converter+trans is still less than the $$$$for a strictly mechanical.

The tail end is still good but its missing the speedo (part that cable screws onto). I figure the cost of that part plus the cost to swap tail sections plus cable extension,....that Terf looks pretty good. Plus you can tune the Terf for different tires.
