For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Apr 2009 Posts: 192 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Apr 2009 Posts: 192 | Brought my 61 Apache half ton to a shop my neighbor uses. My tranny was not good and they said they could handle it. Now 7 weeks later they are saying it's not the T 89 BW they thought it was? The parts they are ordering are not fitting and they think it's been modified in some way to work with the 327 engine.I am totally confused and I think they are too.Why is this so confusing for them? Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks
