| | | | | Joined: Nov 2005 Posts: 6,100 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Nov 2005 Posts: 6,100 | Hy dtwbcs, Happy Boxing Day, without touching the ignition switch, put your meter between ground and the coil power input terminal and see if you still have a circuit. A friend of mine had this problem, seems the alternator provides the power to keep it running. He had to install a diode to keep the alternator from feeding back to the ignition system. | | |
