I don't want to start prying on it and break something. Any advice will be appreciated. thanks.

cm If you can't fix it with a hammer and screwdriver, you need a bigger hammer.1965 Chevy C10 | | | | Joined: Aug 2006 Posts: 486 'Bolter | 'Bolter Joined: Aug 2006 Posts: 486 | Thanks, that's probably it. I tried twisting it off but nothing happened.

It can simply be pulled off, without damage to the rubber ring, horn button or wheel cup. When installing, a little WD-40 or dielectric grease will ease the process of replacing it or removing it in the future. | | | | Joined: Dec 2010 Posts: 1 New Guy | New Guy Joined: Dec 2010 Posts: 1 | I am looking for a good diagram of whow the horn button and the turn light cam is put together, especially the 2 springs and 2 keepers in the turn light cam mechanism on my 62 chevy C20. | | | | Joined: Jan 2007 Posts: 118 Shop Shark | Shop Shark Joined: Jan 2007 Posts: 118 | I have a scan of that I can e mail to u . It appears I can no longer find the exploded view of the steering column. Lost in my old computer I think. Can you send it long again. (douglas.hamilton1@hotmail.com)
Can anyone help me with continuity check of horn wiring. Horn works when shorted directly to battery. Installed all bits and pieces in steering wheel cap. But no horn. Tried shorting (but my method may have been incorrect) horn plate/cap with steering wheel off. No result.
I have a great horn and an additional H/L set to play with, but can't seem to figure it out. HB | | |
