I got the left one pretty easy but the right is somewhat more difficult.
Suggestions beyond patients of Jobe and dexterity of an Octpus please....

It is like there may be some build up on the axle not letting it slide through the gear enough to allow the "C" clip to slide off. I have tried using a large common screw driver to slide in the "C" clip grove and force it inward but still no luck. The "C" clip does spin on the axel freely and axle turns with no problem but the "C" clip just won't come off.

Had to use a long common screw deiver slipped inside the C clip slot and prying on it while i hit the axle inward. The C Clip was then binding on something and I tapped it and it popped right out. Never did find what the problem was but when I reinstalled it just slipped right in place.
