Lots of work on Brad's part ... pure enjoyment (and references) for you!

For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: May 2010 Posts: 22 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: May 2010 Posts: 22 | Working on my '51 and using a copy of the Factory Assembly Manual. Fasteners are called out and identified by numbers, such as Nut 441239 or Bolt 132900.
Does anybody have a list of what these #'s refer to or a source I can go to?
Thanks, great site.

You won't find all the answers, but it helps. Also, use the site I linked. It's Larry's for his GMC, but non the less very helpful. http://www.laroke.com/larryk4674/2005/bbpartshp2.htm

BillyBob (the subject of the Nuts n Bolts information) is a 1955-1st series Chevrolet truck (which still has a Chevy engine, I think). The 1955-st series hardware list will be a little different from a list for a 1951 but still quite useful. | | | | | Joined: Apr 2006 Posts: 506 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Apr 2006 Posts: 506 | "Does anybody have a list of what these #'s refer to or a source I can go to?"
