I would like to start removing the rear drivers fender, step and box side - will this be possible without dismanteling the whole box? If that is possible at that point also I would like to fix my cab corner since I will have more room. We don't have much space so we have to do a little at a time then turn the truck around and put it back in the garage to work on the pass side. Any help or suggestions would be great!

I think you will find it easier to dismantle the entire bed to get the most access to the cab corners. I ended up renting a tow car garage and it is still not a whole lot of space with tools and all the parts.
I wish you luck but my adivse is to look for some type of garage space for cheap and do it there.
