I tried RockAuto and they don't carry them anymore and LMC doesn't have the heat riser on them. Mine has a broken bolt hole and the heat riser is frozen so hard I can't get it to work.
I'm rebuilding it pretty much original but I'm not a fanatic when it comes to original parts as long as they look original.

| | | | | Joined: Feb 2000 Posts: 5,212 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Feb 2000 Posts: 5,212 | Just soak that heat rizer for a week or two, it will come loose. Try a little heat around the shaft after soaking for a while.
Both of my manifolds have one ear broke off the ends. They seem to seal just fine with out it.

Any idea what to soak it in? I used a couple cans of oven cleaner on it already. Maybe some gas in a rubbermaid type tub?

Just go to the local store and look for something that soaks in rust, there are plenty of brands out there. Just keep it wet for a while and every so often, tap a little on it to see if will move a little. Don't forget to spray both ends, the dead end has a small cap in the manifold so spray from the inside of the manifold on that end and both sides of the weighted end.
