Im repairing a cab to sell and will probably have to ship it. Not sure where or who to contact and what is a good price. I assume I'll need to build a pallet to set it on and then shrink wrap it.Any help or thoughts would be appreciated. thanks in advance! | | | | | Joined: Mar 2005 Posts: 189 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Mar 2005 Posts: 189 | i have shipped a few cabs in the past. i build a pallet for the bottom so they can get the forks under it and ship it like that. i never shrink wrap it. i use Bill Clark Trucking Co. in Pueblo,Co to ship them since were the cheapest and they come to my door to pick it up. i am sure there are a few trucking companys up there in the denver area to help you.hope this helps. you can pm me for there info. | | | | | Joined: Sep 2009 Posts: 35 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Sep 2009 Posts: 35 | I have used http://www.transitsystems.com/ to ship large crated items. They work with all the major freight lines. Once you have it crated, call them for an estimate. Worked for me! Good Luck. | | |
