Have a 49 model 3100 panel truck, recently reassembled after painting and the hood now for some reason does not close/fit properly. The rear of the hood when closed sits about a 1/2" up above the cowling and does contact the rubber seal along it as it should. Before the hood was removed it fit well, but it does not now. I tried to adjust the hinge brackets on the side of the cowling with no results. Please, what am I doing wrong? Thanks for the help.
