I need to have my 1961 grill, "eyebrows," bumpers, and other assorted items rechromed. Where is the best place? I've asked about locally (I live on Long Island), but have been told that most around here are terrible.
So, who's the best? Thoughts?

If you do a search you will find some rather lengthy threads where bolters have shared experiences with chrome shops, some good, some not so good experiences. I have used a local shop here, and they do ok. Not glitzy, but the price is right, and the results are good. If you want real show quality a place like Paul's in Pa. is as good as they come, a little spendy, but you get what you pay for. They have a website. Perhaps there is something closer somebody will point you to. BTW a hearty welcome to Stovebolt!
