Two of the three metal tabs that hold the turn signal assembly in place are broken off on my mast jacket. I haven't found one to replace it so I'm going with option 2--which is try to make new tabs to weld back on. I found one of the tabs that broke off, but I'm still missing that third piece. Any pictures/measurements of those tabs would be much appreciated.

This is for a 1966 with a three speed on the column.

Here are some pictures of my mast jacket: http://s809.photobucket.com/albums/zz19/wilkinst/1966%20Chevrolet%20K20/

Thanks

I had a similar problem with my 1965. Might I suggest that you call Tony Smith at 4-5-6-trucks 913-207-7789? I called him and after some discussion bought a replacement upper bonnet. Tony has great prices on original GM used parts and is very knowledgeable. If you haven't used him as a resource give him a try.

Here's what I went through http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/showthread.php?t=399139&highlight=lower+bearing
