I thought I had though up a good descriptive name for myself and my truck. After I signed up with my new name "daves46pu" and saw it on line I thought maybe some folks might think I was being sarcastic or offensive. Does this appear OK? Or when others see it does the pu grab the eye in the wrong way? Thanks.

Hey Dave, my first thought was that you have a 1946 pickup truck. Never even thought of anything else.

We have more than 25 members with PU in their name. Of course that includes names like deputy and pumpkin. You aren't the first to create their handle like you did. I didn't see anything but PU=pickup.

Dave, I have no problem with your 'handle'.

Not sure if it's a cultural/language thing but I don't get it.... headscratch
(bear with me I'm easily confused)

Would someone care to expand on this or is it too 'sensitive' for the forum?

Thanks everybody. I had the one track PU mind too - glad to hear there's no need to make a change. My goal this weekend is to get some pictures taken and up loaded. Thanks!

But thats just MY opinion!
