I have a 65 C10 and on the drivers side on the floor pan towards the rear there is a factory made hole about the size of a quarter and there is a factory made v cut channel that runs from right below the hole to the the top of the rocker panel. It almost looks like a handle would rest in the channel and go through the hole to access something under the cab. Thanks...
