Burb/Panel trucks the lips are straight where it bolts on, as the truck fender has about a 90* bend in it where it bolts on. Now if you are handy you may be able to modify the truck fender where the lip is & make it flat....joe | | | | | Joined: Sep 2001 Posts: 29,270 Bubba - Curmudgeon | | Bubba - Curmudgeon Joined: Sep 2001 Posts: 29,270 | Will 3/4 ton GMC AD rear fenders fit my '52 burb? Will a 1953 Chevy panel 3800 fender work? A 1953 GM-truck 1-ton panel rear-fender will work fine on the 1/2 ton 1952 Suburban. (Any 47-55 A-D/ND panel-body rear-fender will interchange; however, ones that had stainless trim would have trim-holes in them)

The GMC/Chevy 1/2ton & 1 ton Panel/Burb fenders are the same | | | | | Joined: Mar 2007 Posts: 4,217 Moderator | | Moderator Joined: Mar 2007 Posts: 4,217 | I think I missed it too. I was trying to say that pickup fenders don't bolt onto panels or burbs. | | | | | Joined: Sep 2008 Posts: 226 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Sep 2008 Posts: 226 | there is no 1 ton Suburbans in real life at that time. only Panel trucks go up to the 1 ton.
