I'm trying to hook up a flasher for my becan light. The prongs are labeled (X) (L) (P) I'm guessing two are hooked on each side of the hot wire and one is a ground which one would be the ground?Thanks for any info. you guys may have.

no ground at a flasher can , by memory 12v in on X flashing 12v out to to indicator switch or other on L , P is for pilot light , single light on the dash or at the end of the stalk control that also flashers
less confusing using a 2 pin flasher 12v in flashing 12v out

Thank you usa050aus I got it working,the (x) was power in and the (p) must be pilot because I didn't use it and it works great! Thanks again
