I have asked this question before but my application has changed. I have a 54 panel with a 350, auto trans, and a mustang ll front end with manual rack & pinion. Can some one tell me what headers I can use to clear the steering linkage? I am using the original column but obviously without the original steering box. Thank you.

Might not be the best around but I would guess that most block hugger type headers would work. I just could not spend the bucks for Sandersons

I believe block huggers will work but someone here suggested trying a set off a 265 or 283 engine. Perhaps even a later model set that the exhaust comes out the back of the header will work?? I am going to have the same problem...when I get to it because I'm putting a 305 in my 52 panel and want to use the same steering box etc... | | |
