I am extremely new to these trucks and am in need of the rear bumper. The unfortunate downside to getting such a truck from an original owner? They treat them as "just another truck". The rear bumper ends were cut in half to accomodate a piece of rectangle steel to be laid in place of an apparant Cameo only part. The rear bumper. The owner used it daily as is asphalt sealing companies work truck. A hole in the roof cut for a sunroof, then refilled later in it's many incarnations. I have found a replacement roof skin through LMC but need help finding the rear bumper.

Does anyone know of a company that may reproduce these?

You might want to check out Carolina Cameo Conversions. All parts are made of fiberglass. Hope that helps.

Hi Joe,
Welcome to Stovebolt - the bumper ends are reproduced and available through several vendors like Jim Carter and Classic Parts. They are okay and look like the originals - spendy - about $650. The steel bumper center and end pieces are being reproduced in fiberglass, but not steel that I know of - same vendors carry those. Ebay sometimes turns up some used original stuff and I watch that pretty often. I just sold a pair of repop bumper ends on Ebay when I had my originals re-worked and even used I sold them for $400. You might also try the Classic Chevy Cameo Club - Dale Mayeaux at cameotruckclub.com. They advertise parts in their quarterly newsletter. I'll pass along anything else I can find or think of. Again, welcome to Stovebolt. Dale
