Welcome Jamey, sounds like you have a plan. Personally, I like to see the old stovebolt engines remain in these old trucks, why the fat Mickey Thompsons? Just wondering. Have fun!

I have done a 57 1/2 ton in the past, i like to use the toyota pickup 84 true 93. you simply cut a arm brackets of existing toyota frame and you have to cut a notch in the bottom side of your frame, set complete a ram set up on frame measure and weld it on. then the notch you cut out you can trim and weld it back in. then you turn your torsion bars up and make a mount to hold bar on bottom of fram and adjuster bolt then goes thru frame. you have to make a small crossmember to replace factory toyota one that is bolted in and you mount your rack there. a whole lot easier than sub frame and you dont have to rig up a mount for front bumper. i done both with engine still in truck one with fenders on. rides great and adjustable.
